Mango Pudding | Homemade Mango Pudding | Mango Dessert
Ingredients :
Ripened Mango (chopped) – 1
Sugar – 6 Tsp ( or as per taste)
Milk – 1 1/2 Glass
China Grass – 7 gms
Water – 1 Glass

Method :
Into a blender add in chopped Mango. Blend it to smooth paste. Transfer it to a bowl & set aside.
Into a pan add in water. Now turn on the flame. Add in China Grass & Cook it in low flame. Keep Stirring until China Grass dissolves. Once it dissolves turn off the flame & set aside.
Into a pan add in milk, sugar & stir until sugar dissolves ( don’t boil the milk). Turn off the flame .
Into the milk add in dissolved China Grass, mango paste. Using a whisk mix it well.
Transfer the pudding mixture into small glasses. Finally garnish with dry grapes. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
That’s it our easy & tasty Mango Pudding is Ready.
