CHICKEN BURGER / HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BURGER / BURGER RECIPE / SANA'S KITCHEN

Ingredients :
200gms Boneless Chicken
1 Onion Chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Egg
2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
Oil for Deep frying
2 Burger Buns
2 slice of Onion
4 Slice of Tomato
2 Tsp Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tooth pick or Skewers

Method : 
First into a blender add in chicken, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, egg, bread crumbs. Blend it to a fine paste. Transfer the ground chicken mixture into the bowl. Take handful of Chicken Mixture, Pat it & make chicken patties. Then roll it gently in Bread Crumbs. Refrigerate the chicken patties for 10-15 mins.
Cut the burger buns into half. Toast it slightly in Tava, until the inside of the bun turns light brown. Once done remove it from Tava & transfer it to a plate.
After 15 mins remove the chicken patties from refrigerate. Heat Oil for frying the patties ( You can deep fry or shallow fry them). Fry until it turns golden brown on both sides. Once chicken patties turns golden brown remove it out from oil.
Now apply Mayonnaise to one Slice of bun. To the other slice apply Tomato Ketchup. Then place Tomato, onion, chicken patties ( You can also add in cheese, lettuce). Cover the bun. Insert toothpick or Skewer to hold the bun.
That’s it our delicious & easy to make chicken burger is Ready.
