Red Sauce Pasta Video Recipe

Red Sauce Pasta – I have shared both video & written Recipe in this blog. Red sauce pasta can be served for breakfast, snack, dinner. Kids will definitely love this Recipe. It’s easy to make.


Ingredients :
Tomato Puree :
Tomato -2 ( cut x Mark)
Kashmiri Red Chilli -3
Water To Blanch
To Boil Pasta :
Water as Required
Salt
Oil 1 Tsp
Penne Pasta (or any other of your choice)
Red Sauce Pasta :
Oil – 2 Tsp
Garlic – 2 Cloves Finely Chopped
Onion – 1 Finely Chopped
Tomato Puree
Oregano – 1 Tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4th Tsp
Salt to taste
Cooked Pasta

Mozzarella Cheese Grated ( or parmesan cheese)
Method :
  • Take water in a vessel add in Tomato & chilli. Cover & cook it for 5 mins. This step is called Blanching.
  • Then Remove it from hot water & allow it to cool. Once cooled peel off the skin from tomatoes, also remove seeds from the chilli’s. ( If you want the Recipe to be spicy then you can include the seeds). Transfer them to a blender & blend it to smooth Puree. Set aside.
  • Take Water in a vessel, once Water is heated add in pasta, salt, oil. Cook until pasta turns nice & soft.
  • Finally drain water from the pasta & set it aside.
  • Heat Oil in a kadai, add in garlic & saute until it turns little brown.
  • Add In onion & saute until it changes colour.
  • Further add the Prepeared Tomato & Chilli puree. Saute well.
  • Also add in Salt, Pepper Powder, oregano. Mix well.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add in boiled Pasta. Mix gently, make sure the sauce has coated well.
  • Add in some grated Mozzarella Cheese & mix well. ( It’s Optional).
  • That’s it delicious & cheesy Red Sauce Pasta is Ready. Finally add in grated Mozzarella Cheese on top. Serve it hot.
