Paneer Masala Video Recipe

Paneer Masala Dhaba Style / Paneer Gravy / Paneer Recipes/ Paneer Masala by Rithwika / side dish for chapati

Ingredients : 
2 Tsp Ghee 
2 Tsp Oil 
20 Cubes Paneer/ Cottage cheese 
2 Small Cinnamon Stick
3 Cloves 
2 Onion Finely Chopped 
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
Salt to Taste 
Puree of 2 Tomato 
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 
1 Tsp Coriander Powder 
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder / Red Chilli Powder 
1/4th Tsp Cumin Powder 
2 Tbsp Curd 
Water as required
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

Method :  
First in a bowl take paneer into it add a pinch of chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt. Mix well . Let it Marinate for 10 mins .

Into a pan add 1 Tsp ghee & 1 Tsp Oil. Once heated add in the marinated paneer & fry until Golden & keep it aside. 

Into the same pan add 1 Tsp ghee & 1 Tsp Oil . Then add in Cinnamon Stick & cloves. Roast until aromatic. 

Further add in Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste & saute well until onion turns soft & brown. 

Add tomato puree. Saute until it thickens & releases oil . 

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder & coriander powder & saute until raw smell goes off . 

Add in whisked curd & mix well. Then add in 1/2 Cup Water, salt & mix well. Mix well, Switch the flame to low. 

Boil the gravy for 2-3 mins in medium to low flame. 

Now add in fried paneer & mix gently. Cover the pan & cook for 3 mins in low flame. 

Finally add in chopped Coriander Leaves. Mix well. 

That's it Dhaba Style Paneer Masala is ready to serve.
