Ingredients :
3 Cups Milk ( 1 1/2 ltr)
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
Method:
1) Firstly bring milk to boil, once milk boils add in lemon juice . Switch the flame to low.
2) Keep Stirring until milk curdles. If necessary pour little more lemon juice.
3) Once milk curdles, turn off the flame. (If you continue to cook at this stage, Paneer can become hard.
4) drain the curdled milk over a cloth lined over a strainer.
5) squeeze off the water completely. Be Careful as the curdled milk will be hot.
6) rinse the curdled milk with water to remove Sourness from lemon juice.
7) squeeze off the water completely. Don't over squeeze because moisture in the paneer will be lost.
8) now fold the cloth tight giving shape to Paneer.
9) place a heavy object on the paneer for 30 mins to set.
10) After 30 mins, Paneer is Ready. Cut it into desired shapes.
11) Finally Homemade Paneer is Ready.
