Paneer 65/ Paneer Starter Recipe / Snack / Side dish
Ingredients :
200 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
4 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4th Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Curry Leaves Chopped
1/4th Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Lemon
Salt to Taste
Oil for Deep Frying
Few Curry leaves
Method :
1) Into a bowl add in corn flour, rice flour, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice & salt. Add little water & mix until you get Semi Thick Batter.
2) Now add in Paneer & mix gently until well Combined. Marinate for 10 mins.
3) Heat Oil for Deep frying. Once heated drop the marinated Paneer. Fry it in Medium flame, until it turns golden brown. Once it turns golden brown remove the paneer from oil.
4) Into the same oil add in few curry leaves. Fry until it turns crisp.
5) Finally garnish the paneer with Fried Curry Leaves.
6) That’s it Paneer 65 is Ready. Serve it as a snack or starter.
